Acceptance

By using TensionDetails you accept these terms.

The service

TensionDetails estimates a racket’s string tension from the sound it makes, using your device’s microphone, and lets you log and track those measurements.

Measurement accuracy

Measurements are estimates and may vary with the racket, strings, environment and device. They don’t replace a certified professional tension meter: use them as a reference.

Subscriptions

The download is free. Measurements and the other features require a PRO or PRO + AI Advisor subscription, purchased and managed through the App Store. The PRO plan includes a free trial period. Price, trial length and conditions are shown in the app before any purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple ID settings. Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies.

TensionDetails AI

The assistant’s answers are guidance and may contain mistakes. They don’t replace advice from a stringer or coach.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app for illegal purposes or try to compromise its security.

Intellectual property

The content, design and TensionDetails brand belong to their owner.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for damage arising from its use or for decisions made based on its measurements.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
