This website

The website uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

To know how many people visit the website and which pages they see, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts this in an aggregated, anonymous way: it uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and can’t identify you or follow you across days or websites. What we see are totals (visits, pages, country, device type, referring website) and clicks on buttons such as “Download”.

Like any server, the hosting provider may log technical data (IP address, browser, page visited) for a limited time for security purposes.

Data stored on your device

Your rackets, strings, measurements, notes and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

Cloud backup (optional)

If you sign in with Apple, we keep a copy of your rackets, measurements and preferences on our server (Supabase), linked to the identifier Apple provides, so you don’t lose your history when you change devices. You can sign out at any time and ask us to delete it.

TensionDetails AI

If you use the assistant, your messages and your racket setup are sent, through our server, to an external AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the answer. We don’t share your name or email with that provider.

Subscriptions

Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. To know whether you have an active subscription we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase identifier.

App analytics

We use PostHog to understand which features are used (for example, how many measurements are taken), in aggregate and without data that identifies you, such as your name or email.

Promo codes

If you redeem a code, we send an anonymous device identifier to our server so the same code can’t be used more than once.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, show ads or access your contacts, photos or location. The microphone is only used while you measure, and the audio is analysed on the device.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of or port your data by writing to support@tensiondetails.com. You can delete all local data from Settings → Delete all data. If you believe we haven’t handled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll say so here with the new date.
